Heltti says that they are disruptor of healthcare. Company that focuses to knowledge workers wellbeing. I started to help with website update and brand renewal, but ended up to help with app development and even making murals to their reception walls. Working with Heltti team was a pure joy!
Bring look & feel to same level with the company narrative. Helping to pin point and open up the clients pain points in user experience. Both in app and in real life.
We started the project by redefining the brand. Our guides with the design decisions came from Heltti's values, which are in Finnish; Hehku, Tarmo, Lempi and Pokka. Firm but warm. Active and bright. Heltti wanted also to stand out from others in healthcare business. The core in this brand renewal came from the successful photoshoot and the images that we got out of it. They really spoke the language that we wanted to deliver. Another another brilliant change that came with the brand renewal was the change in the tone of voice.
To help with internal and external brand communication I designed characters for each of the brand values.
One the most important places where the brand comes alive is the receptions but also online presence and customer contact points. So part of the project was total renewal to heltti.fi. From wireframes, content planning to small design details and development ready layouts.
