Janssen-Cilag is a medical company specialised cancer treatments. This patient journey app is a tool for clinics to understand what the patients are going through when having blood cancer.

SCOPE

Give a medical company a tool to tell about drug benefits and at the same time make the patient journey more transparent for all of the stakeholders.

At the beginning of the project we got a quantitative research to dive into. And based on those findings we had an ideation with the team. Here are some other ideas that came out from that process, but what we didn't continue with. But based on the same findings we came up with the solution that would help both Janssen-Cilag as a medical company but also gave new insides to the doctors and that way aimed to support the patients with their CLL journey.

Layouts

The solution was an application for the Janssen-Cilags sales persons, to quickly open up about the patients point of view of the journey. How they felt left alone in many situations and how the blood cancer journey can vary in so many ways. And based on the interest of the doctor or the time available, they could easily dive into details of each phase of the journey. The tool was also a base to collect the insides from the doctor points of view of the journey.
