My background is visual, but what I'm really interested in is people — understanding what they need, and making sure that lands clearly for developers, business owners, and end users alike.

I've worked with blood cancer specialists, metro traffic controllers, startup founders, occupational health teams, and university researchers building democracy tools for municipalities. What they had in common: complex problems, real users.

I work best somewhere between strategy and execution, where things are still messy enough to be interesting.
